Sugar free protein bar with coconut

1 tbsp. Vanilla Whey protein

2 tbsp. Coconut powder

50 ml. Milk

40 g. Dark Chocolate (w/ Stevia)

Mix Whey protein and coconut powder.

Add few tablespoons of milk and mix. If you put too much milk you can easily add more dry ingredients.

Shape your bars or simply use ice cube mold just like I did.

Put in fridge for 10-15 minutes and, in meantime, prepare icing.

Melt chocolate with few tablespoons of milk on hot steam.

Dip every bar in the chocolate and leave overnight in fridge.

Sugar-free Plums dessert

I’m not big lover of fruit desserts, however it’s safe to say this is my favorite dessert with plums! You can just imagine how delicious it is when my granny (who don’t like recipes that I find on Internet) asked me for the recipe! It’s really simple and you can serve it with milk and few drop of honey if it’s not sweet enough.

4 Eggs

15 ml Stevia

20 g Vanilla Sugar

150 g Flour

12 g Baking Powder

80 g Melted Butter

10 Blue Plums

Preheat your oven to 180° C.

Put eggs, stevia, vanilla sugar and few drops of rum in the bowl and mix it.

Add melted butter, flour and baking powder into the mixture.

Cover the pan with baking paper and pour the mixture.

After you wash your plums, remove seeds and cut in half.

Put your plums on the mixture that’s in pan.

Bake around 35-40 minutes or until cake test is done.

Homemade Capricciosa Pizza

Hi Y'all,

today I made myself a pizza and decided to post it here, because my last food post was literally before Christmas. My favorite pizza is capricciosa, especially with a lot of mushrooms. Also, I really like spicy taste, so I'll discover you my little tips how to get it hot as Beyonce's Sauce!

400g Pizza dough

60g mushrooms

200g ham

150 g Gouda cheese

80g Tomato sauce

Oregano (optional)

Hot pepper (optional)

Preheat your oven to 200°C

Shape your pizza dough in a round form and roll ends to get those puffy edges.

Next step is to prepare your sauce. My secret for spicy taste is mixing 80 grams of Tomato sauce with a few spoons of hot ketchup and pinch of chili. Now you can put this on a pizza dough and you're ready for a topping!

First, you should grate ham and cheese, but if you don't like it, just put slices on, like you're going to do with a mushrooms.

Lastly, sprinkle some oregano and put a hot pepper for that extra hot taste.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden-brown and cheese looks toasty.

Slice it into pieces and serve.

Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake

Hi Y'all,

first of all, sorry for not posting last Saturday, but I was on trip in Italy. Christmas is right behind the corner, so I'm here to give you my recipe for sugar-free chocolate cake. If you don't know, I don't eat sugar but I love sweets, so I use stevia instead of sugar.

You will need

320g Plain Flour

250g Butter

45mL Stevia

300mL Milk

40g Cocoa Powder

20g Baking Powder

4 eggs

Preheat the oven to 185°C.

Melt the butter and mix in sugar, milk, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Beat the eggs and pour in the mixture. Combine until smooth. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake at 185°C for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack. When cake is cool, dust with coconut powder.

Infused Water

Hi y'all,

finally a new post! I know it sucks that I haven't posted anything lately, but I was trying some different things and I realized that blog is just for me. I'll start posting every Saturday and there will be some different programs, so that means more posts! For my comeback I've prepared my favorite summer drink. It's refreshing and what's more important-100% natural!

This is what you'll need:

Mint (in leafs)

Water (Mineral or regular)

Ice (optional)

1) Cut the lemon in half and take on half and cut it on smaller slices.

2) Other half just squeeze into the glass.

3) Put some mint leafs ( I've got mine from the garden, but I also tried with dried mint and it also turned out great).

4) Add water ( I used regular water, but you can also use mineral water).

5)Put it in a fridge and leave it for about 15 min. Also if you're doing it with a bottle, feel free to shake it before you put it in a fridge.

And that's it! Fast and easy drink for these hot summer days. Enjoy!
